Life has such turns and twists, that sometimes it just actually amazes me. Especially when things happen out of the blue, good or bad, happy or sad....you just never know.

I hope today is filled with the good and happy for you!

We have had some water damage in our house. The insurance company sent out the people with 6 fans and a dehumidifier set up in the house to dry it out. Packing up the bedrooms and they will be coming today to pull up the carpet. ugh -not the funnest thing in the world to do. Kenny just finished laying the new laminated hard wood flooring planks in the living room. It looks really nice. Well, I am back off to work on the house

Loving a child is more than just your own feelings. It means loving them more than your own feelings. Love isn't about how you feel, it is a still, quiet place, where the other person matters more than anything else in the world.

In this crazy world, where children are used as pawns against other parents and loved ones, there are still people who believe what is best for the children comes first.

A/C

$197.00 later and cool!!!! The ole a/c decided to stop working right before the 4th of July. So, of course we had to wait out the weekend for the a/c repair guy to come out. It was not to bad in the house since we do have two window units but it was definately not the same as the central air unit.

Anyway, all is cool here today!!!!!

Grocery Shopping

Kroger's had a great sale this week. A pint of strawberries .99, cool whip 10 for $10, limes 10 for $1.00, charcoal $1.99 and so on. Stocked up on some good deals today.

Off to the farmer's market in the morning to see what I can find.

We are having Katelyn's family birthday party tomorrow along with 4th of July.
